No. Every plan includes onboarding support to help you get your data imported and start seeing results.
At a minimum, you'll need your implant cost data (invoices or price lists), a log of procedures performed, and reimbursement amounts from your payers. This data can be uploaded as CSV or Excel files. We'll help you format it during onboarding.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next billing period.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use role-based access controls and are built on Cloudflare's secure infrastructure. We're happy to discuss our security practices in detail during your demo.
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full â no questions asked.
