By accessing or using IncisIQ (the "Service"), operated by Surgical Supply Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IncisIQ is a web-based analytics platform that helps ambulatory surgery centers track implant costs, procedure reimbursements, and case-level profitability. We also offer consulting services in the form of surgeon profitability reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis for platform access, and on a per-report basis for consulting services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload or enter into IncisIQ. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to provide the analytics services you've subscribed to, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
Platform subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Surgeon profitability reports are billed per engagement. All fees are in US dollars. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on platform subscriptions â if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you may request export or deletion of your data.
Surgeon profitability reports are based on the data provided by the client and our analysis of that data. Reports are intended as informational tools to support business decisions. They do not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice. Surgical Supply Solutions LLC is not liable for business decisions made based on report findings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surgical Supply Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Surgical Supply Solutions LLC is registered.
